COVID-19 Update: We are open and serving our clients
The Law Office of Roger P. Foley, P.A. is still working, although most work is done from home until the courts open. With less time in the court room, our office is working hard on current and new cases. We are using the time to research, file motions, discuss issues with clients and be thoroughly prepared to represent our clients when the court doors open. Some Matters are considered urgent and the courts allow attorneys and clients to appear using video conferencing. Now is the time to call and address any pending cases.
1. Is your office currently open during normal business hours?
Yes.
2. When and how can I contact you?
From 8am to 8pm can be contacted via telephone for emergency we are available outside of normal business hours. We can talk via telephone, skype, zoom or facetime.

4. Are you accepting new clients?
Of course, we are here to help you.
5. How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?
I will email and talk to you personally via telephone or use one of the video chat platforms above.
6. Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?
Courts are generally closed but are open for emergency type hearings. Most court dates are rescheduled automatically by the court, if not, we file a motion requesting a continuance.
7. Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
Currently these matters are being reset. Updates will follow as soon as we know regarding COVID-19.
