DWLS Driving While License Suspended, Revoked or Canceled in Palm Beach County, Florida

DWLS is the most common charge in the state of Florida, in my opinion. There are many causes to having a suspended license and there are two types of Driving While License Charges. One type is a traffic infraction and one is a criminal charge. Both types can cause you big problems. I frequently help people that have 5 year suspensions because they did realize the ramifications of the basic ticket or they thought it was a basic ticket. It can cause all sorts of problems and police tell you that you can just pay the infraction. You can but it will likely cause problems. The criminal charge always requires a court appearance.
