Not Me Affidavit and Fighting a Crime You did not Commit!
I have a warrant for my arrest and it was not me. We receive calls like this fairly often. Seems to happen with rental cars returns or failure to return leased furniture. Someone steals your identity and you get arrested. It can be an ex-bf or ex-bf or family member or sometimes a total stranger- who knows? However, the process is not easily corected it takes time. We can usually get the warrant lifted quickly but the case is not over and if we are successful it is still on your record. There is no perfect solution and the closest solution to perfection takes a criminal defense attorney's time and time is what we sell. I will do everything legally possible to fix but you have to pay the tab. I wish it was simpler and we are emthatic to your situation but if you ned help fixing the problem then you are going to want to hire a professional. Roger P. Foley.
